Complaints
Complain politely, if
you are not happy with the service or the food,
to the waiter/ captain requesting rectification.
Approach the manager,
if you do not get the desired response. Be firm
and let the restaurant not take its guests for
granted.
Remember to insist
politely. Any display of temper, no matter
what the justification, projects the person in a
bad light and makes other diners feel
uncomfortable.
