Complaints
  • Complain politely, if you are not happy with the service or the food, to the waiter/ captain requesting rectification.

  • Approach the manager, if you do not get the desired response. Be firm and let the restaurant not take its guests for granted.

  • Remember to insist politely. Any display of temper, no matter what the justification, projects the person in a bad light and makes other diners feel uncomfortable.
