KEEPING SLIM
The key to keeping slim is finding a pattern of eating that you enjoy but that keeps your weight within the normal range. That means permanent changes in what and when you eat.
Eat regular meals at the same time of day and try not to eat between meals.
Avoid foods that contain a lot of fat or sugar or both. This means most snack foods, chocolate bars, potato chips, cookies, cakes, and pastries.
Go for snacks that are filling but low in calories: apples and other fruit, carrots, celery, a salad.
Avoid sugary, carbonated drinks, drink tea, skim milk, and mineral water.
