Spotting and nurturing talent in underprivileged children is essential to help them realize their full potential and break the cycle of poverty. Some strategies and steps we use:

1. Paying close attention to children's interests and activities
2. Providing opportunities for children to participate in different activities.
3. Ensuring children have access to materials- for sports, arts, academics, computers etc.
