• Using Analytics and Big Data, an Intelligent Information system was developed AS A PART OF GOVT OF INDIA DIGITAL INDIA PROGRAM, Using Analytics and Big Data, a WEB-ENABLED intelligent KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WAS DEVELOPED USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & DEEP LEARNING TECHNIQUES SO AS TO HAVE SINGLE WINDOW ABOUT IRON & STEEL. IT PROVIDES REAL TIME ANALYTICS ABT THE INDUSTRY.
• Using Machine learning, AI, Big Data, Business Analytics, award of Prime Minister's Trophy to the best steel plant as a project of PMO.
• Among other achievements, he is a Member in good standing of "Society For Human Resource Management", Alexandria, USA and Jury member in various panels including PM's panel.

• He is a visiting faculty, and conduct workshops/seminars on burning issues related to steel sector, IT, motivation, leadership, and management in various national and international forums. Also write articles on the same issues in print and e-media.
• Member of various committees (Infrastructure,ICT,Telecom,Knowledge) in various Government/PSU's/corporate houses and industrial bodies&chambers (FICCI,ASSOCHAM,CII,ICC)
• He has earned a Professional development certificate in drafting International Venture Agreements jointly by UNCTAD/WTO, Switzerland and an Executive development program certification on the role & functioning of WTO.
